    Live opera with dinner in The Drawing Room

    Join us for dinner in the Drawing Room and hear some of the finest up and coming artists from English National Opera.

    Soprano Nardus Williams is praised for her “superbly controlled, sensuous soprano” (Opera Today). An ENO Harewood Artist, she recently made her ENO debut covering the role of the Countess in The Marriage of Figaro. Nardus returns to ENO in the role of Micaela inCarmen in early 2020. Recent appearances outside of the ENO include Milliner in Der Rosenkavalier at Glyndebourne and Mimì in Houston Grand Opera’s La Bohème.

    ENO Harewood Artist Alex Otterburn is noted for his powerful baritone. He made his ENO debut with the role of Squibby in the world premiere of Jack the Ripper: The Women of Whitechapel. Alex returns to ENO in the 2019/20 season in both Orpheus in the Underworld (Pluto) and Carmen (Moralès). Recent highlights outside the ENO include Eddy in Greek at the Edinburgh International Festival, and Carmina Burana with the Oulu Symphony Orchestra.

    Members are invited to book into The Drawing Room to dine from the a la carte menu, with first reservations at 8pm and last at 9.30pm.


    Nardus Williams and Alex Otterburn will perform two
    30-minute sets from 9.30pm until 11pm. There is one interval.


    Cover charge £10 per person.
