    Digital has transformed how we shop, listen to music, keep fit, exercise our brains, and much more. Putting customers first and giving them so much choice has meant that consumer expectations have evolved exponentially.


    Businesses must evolve quickly too if they are to keep up with those expectations. Yet according to tech media company IDG, whilst 89% of companies plan to adopt a digital-first strategy, only 44% of them have actually done so.

    There is no denying that the digital transformation is a complex one, a multi-faceted process that represents a cultural shift in the workplace and which produces changes that ultimately affect every part of any organisation.

     

    The challenge for many is what exactly it is that “digital transformation” means for their business. How to take such a huge concept and turn it into actions and strategies that will benefit their customers and stakeholders?
